  The food here is great, and it shows; I came here at an off time and still had to wait 30min for a table due to a full house.
  The service was painfully slow though; the two waitresses seemed to be kind of curt and acted in a rush, but as they were hardly ever attending to customers or on the dining floor in general there certainly wasn't a clear reason why.
  I also heard numerous people ask if they were still taking orders even though it was two hours before closing. Apparently they close the kitchen well before they close the door and turn people away.

  Family owned, convenient, and offers basic grocery and produce items, as well as standard liquor store amenities.
  
  The Indian restaurant next door has great dishes in a casual environment and is also operated by the same family.
  
  Without traveling into Yucca Valley to the larger commercial grocery establishments or one of the pricier local health food markets, this is a great alternative with reasonably priced items.
  
  It's also across the street from the post office.

  Very delicious food, very quick service, very affordable. Whole family of 4 ate for only 60$, in and out in 45 mins.
